Ningbo Linkyours Electronics Co Ltd was founded in 2004 as Ningbo Shida Tooling and Injection, focused on plastic injection tooling and manufacturing. 

In 2010 the company was renamed to Ningbo Zili Tooling and Injection Co Ltd. It expanded to own more than 40 sets of Haitian plastic injection machines (ranging from 90 T to 470 T), 4 CNC machining centers, 4 EDM machines and several sets of pfrecision grinding machines. Annual turnover grew ten-fold from 5M RMB to 50M RMB. Profits were invested in 6666 m² of land (72,000 ft²) in the Dongqian Lake East Innovation Industrial Zone, on which a modern 4-level factory was built, with a total floor area of 13,000 m².

The company's founder continued to seek new opportunities based on his long experience and knowledge in tooling and injection molding. Ningbo Linkyours Electronics Co Ltd was established in 2017 and focuses on the development of smart home products. 

From 2021 Linkyours included a Mould Injection Business Unit, and a Smart Home and Electrical Products Business Unit. 

Within the company, there are more than 80 employees, including 20 R&D and office staff and 60 production staff. Engineering staff include three electronics design engineers, two mechanical engineers and several technical personnel. Independent research and development were undertaken into intelligent single and dual power sockets, USB sockets, switch panels, intelligent plugs and other smart electrical products for the United States, European and Australian markets. 

Currently equipped with an SMT line, two standard production lines, wave soldering line, ultrasonic welding, radium engraving machine and other production equipment, Linkyours has full production capabilities.

Linkyours is firmly rooted in the development and manufacturing industry, focusing on developing innovative and desirable consumer electronics products under its own brand. Features and functionality rival established market participants, without the price premium required of a major brand.
