Ningbo Linkyours Electronics Co. , Ltd was founded in 2004 as Ningbo Shida Tooling and Injection, and originally focused on plastic injection mold design and the manufacture of plastic products.  

In 2010 Shida was renamed Ningbo Zili Tooling and Injection Co. , Ltd. Zili expanded to own more than 40 sets of Haitian Plastic Injection Machines (ranging from 90T to 470T) , 4 sets of CNC machining centers, 4 sets of EDM machines and several sets of precision grinding machines. With the expansion, annual turnover grew ten-fold from approximately 5M RMB to 50M RMB. Profits from Zili were invested in 6666 m2 of land (72, 000 ft2) in the Dongqian Lake East Innovation Industrial Zone, on which a modern 4-level factory was built, with a total floor area of 13, 000 m2.

 The company founder continued to seek new opportunities based on his long experience and deep knowledge in tooling and injection molding. Ningbo Linkyours Electronics Co. , Ltd was established in 2017 and focused on the development of smart home products.
